The Great Escape of Christmas Eve 2011...

Let's set the stage...Christmas eve 2011, Mama is working a night shift to avoid having to work on Christmas Day.  Before she leaves for work the boys make reindeer food and run out to the yard to sprinkle it out for Santa's reindeer team.
Then Mama dressed the boys in matching jammies, kissed them goodnight and head off to work.
impossible to sit still for a picture

Daddy helped us put milk and cookies out for Santa, tucked us in our bed and headed outside to help Santa put together one of our presents.

This is where the story really starts.  Daddy's friend Rodney came over to help too, we didn't know what they were doing but we figured it was a big present and we needed to see it!  Since Daddy locked us in our room, we opened the window and we all climbed out, as we tip-toed around the front of the house  in our matching striped jammies, Noah scooped up the battery powered lantern Daddy was using, and we got caught!  Daddy hollered at us as we ran back to the window and climbed back in.  (The window is over 3' off the ground so they must have tossed Luke back in)  Daddy came to tell us Santa would leave if we did it again and went back out to help Santa.  We just couldn't take the suspense.  This time only Noah climbed out the window, snuck around the house, through the garage, and let the rest of us out.  We again tried to sneak out to see what they were building but got caught again.  This time Daddy said Santa was leaving, locked us in our room and went to talk to Santa.  He came back to tell us Santa would return if we went back to sleep, so afraid we wouldn't get our Santa presents we were asleep in minutes.  We found out the next morning they were building a trampoline!  It was totally worth getting in trouble for and I heard Mama say something about window locks.  Go ahead and try Mama we will just figure another way out!

Oh yeah, Aunt Jamie was excited too, she's the one screaming!
And rolling around like a maniac...
